Press Release

Agile Partners, a leading developer of guitar apps for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, announced it will be one of the companies featured at the 2011 NAMM Show Media Preview Day on Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Agile Partners will present its highly acclaimed guitar apps to the NAMM Show media with live demonstrations of AmpKit, the ultimate amps, effects, and recording app, and Guitar World Lick of the Day, the groundbreaking guitar instruction app. The live demonstrations will begin at 10:30 a.m. with performances by renowned guitar celebrities Alex Skolnick from Alex Skolnick Trio and Testament, and Phil Collen from Def Leppard.

AmpKit & AmpKit LiNK
Agile Partners' AmpKit and AmpKit LiNK -- the low-crosstalk guitar interface for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch developed in collaboration with Peavey Electronics -- provide guitar and bass players with a powerful way to play and record high quality tones anytime and anywhere. A "universal" app that supports iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, AmpKit offers the highest quality amps and effects simulations with the most punishing gain available in the App Store. Alex Skolnick will provide the NAMM Show media with a live demonstration of AmpKit's best-in-class feature set, superior tone quality, and unparalleled support for high-gain amps and pedals.

Guitar World Lick of the Day
Developed by Agile Partners and Guitar World, the world's best-selling guitar magazine, Guitar World Lick of the Day provides a fun and engaging approach to guitar instruction on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The innovative app delivers a new and challenging lick every day to guitar players who want to continuously improve their guitar playing skills and broaden their repertoire. Guitar World Lick of the Day includes high quality videos of award-winning instructors and guitar celebrities, tab and standard music notation, playback tempo control, audio synthesis, and more. Phil Collen will present Guitar World Lick of the Day to the NAMM Show media and perform well-known licks from Def Leppard songs.

"We're excited to be exhibiting our full suite of iOS guitar apps at the 2011 NAMM Show App Pavilion in Hall E," said John Liu, a principal at Agile Partners. "Our products are known for setting a high bar for design, technology and user experience among guitar apps, and we're particularly pleased to see them motivating guitarists of all ages to get out their guitars and enjoy playing music!"
