For the third year in a row a Rock House Method product has been nominated for a Music & Sound Retailer Award. In 2008 Learn Rock Guitar Beginner with John McCarthy was nominated but came in a close second, in 2009 Rock House took the coveted Award for Alexi Laiho's Melodic Speed, Shred & Heavy Riffs. Once again in the print media catagory of Rock House gets the Go ahead nod for Oli Herbert's program Heavy Rhythms, Leads & Harmonies 1 & 2. "When you consider that thousands of products in this catagory are released each year coupled with the fact that only four are nominated each year, I think this really says a lot about the quality of instruction Rock House is producing" Said Joe P. of Executive Director of Rock House.
