Ibanez Debuts Single-Cut ART Basses At NAMM

Ibanez Debuts Single-Cut ART Basses

(BENSALEM, PA) While Ibanez is most famous for its sleek and high tech Soundgear basses, it’s very aware that while just not everyone wants a high-tech racing machine in an automobile, there are a multitude of bass players who want something very different in a bass than a Soundgear.

A good example of that something very different is the new single cut ART bass. “The ARTB single cut is just pure rock and roll,” commented Kiyo Yamada of Ibanez in Bensalem, PA. “The ARTB features simple, traditional tone controls combined with a shorter 30” scale set-in neck that’s easy to fret and complements the full rich roots rock sound of the mahogany body—think retro! The ARTB single cutaway bass is the perfect bass for bassists who simply want to get up on stage and play.”

The Ibanez ARTB100 bass is available in both black and white finishes. The list price is $573.32.
