This is routine #3 from The Hands of Steel DVD presented by John McCarthy co-owner, founder and master musician of The Rock House Method. Routine #3 is an exercise routine for one hand finger rolls.
Hands of Steel is the first program of its kind, this program contains three separate workout routines, each designed to develop hand strength and coordination for optimum playing ability. Each routine contains a series of exercises that will take the students guitar playing to the next level.
